We want you and your little one to love our products, which is why we offer a 35-day return window for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cloth nappies and accessories must be in their original, sealed condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and include the completed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to the front of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
